The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of APT Satellite
Holdings Limited (the “Company”) hereby announces that Ms. Loh Yim Kew resigned
as alternate director of Mr. Wong Hung Khim and Mr. Lim Toon, directors of the
Company, and has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of the Company with
effect from 8th November, 2000.
The Board also announces that Ms.Lim Bee Ling was appointed
as Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 8th
November, 2000. The Company warmly welcomes Ms. Lim Bee Ling joining the Board.
