Director Update
The Board of Directors (the "Board") of APT Satellite Holdings Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that Mr. Zhu You Jun and Mr. Wong Kit Ming resigned as Non-executive Directors of the Company with effect from 31st May, 2000. The Board would like to thank Mr. Zhu You Jun and Mr. Wong Kit Ming and express its appreciation for their contributions and services to the Company.
