Apart from the 30+ countries that the company has landed capacity business, APT Satellite operates a wide-area teleport network and related infrastructure in Hong Kong China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, and Mainland China (hosted by an associated company), providing highly reliable and flexible teleport services for our high-throughput satellites, widebeam satellites, and LEO constellations in cooperation. The network consists of advanced baseband and RF equipment, highly reliable redundant auxiliary systems, and is connected to robust terrestrial fiber networks. To mitigate rain fade, teleports in Southeast Asia employ geographically separated dual-station backup schemes.
